Because of my local carriers' maze of procedures and a few wrong turns on my part, I had numerous contacts w/ your customer service/support personnel. On each occurrence, the call was answered w/in two rings, I never encountered a recorded message, and best and rarest of all, each representative gave me the correct information the first time and never transferred me or put me on "humility hold" for an undue length of time. I am by no means a "tech head", and as such, dreaded the upcoming ordeal of changing carriers. Particularly considering that this was a "value" provider, your entire sign-up system negated my concerns. What a breath of fresh air this experience was. Given the state of what customer service is these days, I wish you could package the experience and market it. Keep up the excellent work."

The new site is a *wonderful* improvement, and I'm going to greatly enjoy using it more than the other. The ability to set up automatic payments via EFT debits from my account from the website is very helpful (I never could get around to mailing a canceled check before). I really enjoy the "My Account Snap-Shot" and "My ECG Account" sections on the main page. Great idea adding those sections!
